SUBJECT: information on the handling of personal data provided in accordance with articles 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003

We'd like to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003 governs the protection of personal data treatment, ensuring respect for a person's fundamental rights, with particular regard to confidentiality and personal identity.

Your personal data have been handled as part of normal accounting/administrative activities and for the following purposes:

a) Purposes strictly related to, and instrumental in the management of relations with suppliers (e.g. acquisition of preliminary information before the conclusion of a contract, performance of operations according to obligations contained in the contract signed with the supplier etc..);

b) Purposes connected with the obligations set forth by laws, regulations and EU legislation and provisions handed down by the legally entitled authorities.

Data will be processed manually and automatically, based on the data you have provided to us, and you are required to promptly inform us of any corrections and updates.

Your data may be communicated and/or disclosed to:

• The competent authorities during inspections and checks, which are henceforth authorised for communication;
• Banking and financial institutions;
• Agents and/or brokers;
• Commercial information companies;
• Auditing and certification firms.

The data shall not be disclosed to other parties without your new express consent.

Your data will be communicated or disclosed within Italy and, if necessary, abroad. Your conferral of the aforementioned data is optional, however, if you refuse to fill in this data collection form or consent to the data treatment, it will be impossible to process said data and this will constitute a difficult obstacle to overcome as regards continuing the relationship.

We'd like to point out that:

• The data controller is the Legal Representative for Fruttagel S.C.p.A., a role currently held by Mr. Egidio Checcoli.

We'd like to point out that you are entitled to contact the data controller to exercise all rights granted to you by art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003, which are, for convenience, set out in full below:

"Art. 7 Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and the communication of said data in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:

a) The origin of the personal data;

b) The use of the data and its treatment;

c) How the data will be handled if this is done electronically;

d) The identification details of the data controller, persons responsible and the designated representative pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;

e) The subjects and categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of the personal data as designated representative in Italy, persons in charge or delegated thereto.

3. The interested party has the right to:

a) Update, correct or, if the user requires, add to the data;

b) Cancel, transform into anonymous form or block data treated in breach of the law, including data that does not have to be kept for the objectives for which it was collected and subsequently handled;

c) Receive confirmation that the operations outlined in points a) and b) and their content have been transmitted to those to whom the data has been communicated or disclosed, except where said fulfilment is impossible or involves the use of means which are manifestly disproportionate compared to the rights being protected.

4. The interested party has the right to fully or partially oppose:

a) For legitimate reasons, the treatment of personal data regarding him/her, even if pertinent to the data collection;

b) The treatment of personal data which concerns him/her for the sending of advertising material or direct sales material or for market research or commercial communication."
