In the production of tomato derivatives, Fruttagel is one of the most important and qualified processors of organic materials in Italy.

The tomato campaign lasts from the end of the July until mid-September; in this period up to 1000 tonnes of the product is produced every day.

After the manual and visual sorting phase of the raw material, this is transferred to two processing lines: one for purées and the other for tomato pulp. There are different packaging types and formats.
