Spicy roasted corn salad

Ingredients :

Ingredients for 4 people:
1 lettuce heart
1 red apple
30 g roasted almonds
2 bunches of arugula

For the roasted corn:
300 g Almaverde Bio steamed corn
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 teaspoon curry powder
fine salt, pepper

For seasoning
20 g extra virgin olive oil
30 g orange juice
10 g balsamic vinegar
10 g mild mustard
salt

Preparation :
Drain the corn and pat it dry with paper towel, mash it in a mixture of paprika flour, curry salt and pepper. Spread the corn in a baking dish covered with baking paper and sprinkle with a drizzle of oil. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until lightly browned. Meanwhile, wash the lettuce and cut it into strips and place it in a bowl, add the arugula, apple cut into sticks, chopped almonds, and roasted corn. Prepare the dressing by working all the ingredients together and sprinkle over the salad, toss and serve.
