Preparation :
In a bowl put 100 grams of vegetable drink with the yeast, a tablespoon of sugar and stir to dissolve it. Add about 100 grams of the flour mix and mix quickly, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for one hour. In the mixer basket, place the yeast, add the remaining flour and sugar, the vegetable drink and half the margarine, knead with the dough hook until set. Remove dough, knead by hand forming a ball and place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let double. Take the dough again and roll out a rectangle about 10 inches wide, roll out the remaining margarine and make a three fold, refrigerate for 2 hours, roll out the dough, repeat the folds and put back in the refrigerator. Roll out the dough forming a rectangle 5 millimeters thick, cut it in half lengthwise, and each half divide it into rectangles with a base of 12/13 centimeters. If you want to stuff the brioches place a teaspoon of jam to taste at the base of each rectangle, roll up making sure the tip remains underneath. Spread them in a baking dish spaced apart and cover with foil, let them double in size. Bake at 180°C for 18 minutes and take out of the oven. Serve warm.
