Crouton with broccoli, pecorino cheese and walnuts

200g of florets broccoli Almaverde bio
4 slices of toast bread
100g g of pecorino cheese
6 walnuts
20g of raisins
20g of honey
1 teaspoon of minced garlic Sucor
Coarse salt, black pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
Chili pepper

Tips and variations :
If you do not like raisins, you can replace it with some dried cranberries or goji berries. Instead of walnuts you can use almonds or cashews.
You can use tomino or taleggio instead of pecorino.

Heat in a pan 2 spool of extra virgin olive oil add the minced garlic Sucor and the florets broccoli. After that Add the red hot chili pepper, salt and cooking for 15 minutes. Mix it with a spool.
