Savory green beans whith tomato sauce

Ingredients :

Ingredients for 4 people:

400g of tomato puree Sucor
400g of extrafine green beans
30 taggiasche olives in oil
10 dry tomatoes in oil
1 teaspoon of minced garlic Sucor
Dry chili pepper
Extra virgin olive oil

Tips and variations :
This dish can be eaten as side dish, served as sauce with pasta, or combined with boiled basmati rice.
Doubling the dose you can consume the beans as a single dish.

Preparation :
Heat 2 spoonful of extra virgin olive oil in a pot add the minced garlic Sucor, let it brown and add tomato sauce, olives and minced dry tomatoes and chili pepper.
Add 350g of water and the salt.
Cooking for 30 minutes.
Unite the green beans and 100g of hot water, cooking it another 15 minutes.
When is ready, the sauce must be thickened.
Remove it from the flame, and put the basil and a drop of extra virgin olive oil, serve immediately.
