For the filling:
230 g of frozen chicory Sucor
1/2 onion
120 g of pumpkin
pepper, salt up
4 extra virgin olive oil spoonful
sesame seeds
For the dough:
200 g of wholemeal flour
120 g of water
Tips and variations :
To enrich the filling you can add some grated parmesan cheese or cheese in cubes. When is not the right season for the pumpkin you can use sweet potatoes or zucchini.
