Boil the potato and mash it, keep this apart. In a pan heat up a spoonful of extra-virgin olive oil and brown the onion. Add the spinach and cook it until they are defrosted. Remove from the previously ingredients form pan, and add the potato. Put spices on the pan, toast them for a few minutes and add the vegetables, season it with salt. Let it completely cool. Take the dough and divide it into 4 parts, smashed the dough and put in the center a spoonful of vegetables, close the dough in order to form a ball. Roll it out making a slight pressure with the rolling pin until you get a circle of about 20 centimetres. Grease a pan with an oil veil and cook on both sides until they became lightly browned. Continue in the same way with the rest of the dough. Serve immediately.
