Spicy soup of broccoli and lentils

Ingredients :

Ingredients for 4 people
400g of tomato puree Il giardino dei sapori
1.2 lt of vegetable broth
200g of green lentils
300g of florest broccoli Almaverde bio
30 cherry tomatoes
2 carrots
1 leek
Chili pepper
2 spoonful of turmeric powder
2 spoonful of coriander powder
extra virgin olive oil
frozen minced parsley Sucor

Tips and variations :
You can vary the spices, using cumin, Indian masala, white pepper or aromatic herbs such as basil or thyme.

Preparation :
Wash, peel and chop carrots and leek, in a pan brown the vegetables with a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil. Wash, cut in 4 parts the cherry tomatoes and add them in the same pan with chilli pepper and other spices.
Dilute with tomato puree and broth, cooking it for 30 minutes. Add washed and drained lentils cooking for 10 minutes. Add the florets broccoli, keep cooking for another 10 minutes. Season it with some extra virgin olive oil and minced parsley.
